**HEAL THE PAIN WITH LOVE by Annmaray - [Alt]
Set after the events in the episode LOCKED UP AND TIED DOWN, this story finds a convalescent Xena recuperating from the recent ordeal in the island prison and a very attentive bard caring for her every need. Sweet story with a very tender treatment of the relationship. DO NOT MISS! - 6 pgs., 7/18/99

JOURNEY OF LOVE AND HOME (A) by Annmaray - [Alt]
A sequel to THE MIST OF PIERIA this story finds Xena and Gabrielle coming down from the mountain that has been their home since their return from the dead, intent on sharing with friends and family their newfound happiness - only all has not been well during their abscence. Rebel Amazons are determined to destroy the legacy of honor and peace Gabrielle tried to impart on the Nation while a dark menace from the bard's past will force her to face long-feared demons even Xena might not be able to conquer for her. Well-written story with a very committed vision of the Xena/Gab partnership, a strong supporting cast, and an engrossing storyline. - 53 pgs., 6/26/99

JUST ONE NIGHT by Annmaray - [Alt]
This first time tale begins with the warrior on the wrong footing with her bard after a bout of jealousy leads the ex-warlord to behave more rudely than is even normal for her. A timely story, an unexpected storm, an overcrowded inn and one very helpful blacksmith all combine to ease the tension between the two companions, convincing them to open their hearts at last. Annmaray's latest is a nice little love fest in the finest tradition of those early Xena first timers. - 9 pgs., 7/26/99

KISSING GABRIELLE by Annmaray - [Alt]
Fun little contribution set after season two which has the warrior spitting nails after she learns her bard has agreed to help Cyrene with the kissing booth the innkeeper will be running at the local festival. Delightfully devious characterization of Cyrene in this one. - 9 pgs., 6/5/99
AWARDS: "Fooling Around" Swollen Bud Award (July 15, 2000)

MIST OF PIERIA (THE) by Annmaray - [Alt]
Set after the events in the episode IDES OF MARCH, this new offering has a mystical feel to it as it chronicles Xena and Gabrielle's journey to a spiritual plane and their return trip to the world of the living where they find themselves with the opportunity to renew themselves physically and reassert their commitment to one another as unsuspecting friends and family try to come to terms with their deaths. Very devoted, loving depiction of the relationship. [See the sequel A JOURNEY OF LOVE AND HOME] - 20 pgs., 6/5/99

Set immediately after the events in the episode FORGET ME NOT, this tale has Xena and the bard finally giving in to the feelings between them in a passionate journey of discovery too-long in coming. Romantic and sweet. - 7 pgs., 6/26/99
