MARVELOUS stories tonight guys :)

A sequel to the delightful TELL ME, GABRIELLE, Verrath's latest finds little Gabby grounded as punishment for her recent misadventure with Sina - the Warrior Princess. Not one to stay out of trouble, however, Sina is soon deep in mischief once again and pulling her best pal into it right along with her! This story should probably be listed under the definition for "cute" in the dictionary. An uber for that kid in us all. DO NOT MISS! - 4 pgs.

Sort off the LITTLE RASCALS meets XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS, this third entry in the TELL ME SERIES, has Sina, Gabby and their friends joining forces to try to determine what's happened to the sun when it looks like eating it! Another fun addition to an adorable uber series. - 5 pgs.

This gifted writer brings us the first part of what already feels like one SPECTACULAR uber story. Set in the present day and featuring an incredibly timely storyline, Bel_Wah's latest begins in the Big Apple as all the principals are gathering together. On one side of town, Captain Catherine Phillips rushes to grab a taxi on her way to the airport and the passenger airliner she'll be piloting on its way to Rome. Termed by some of her co-workers as "Frosty the snow-bitch" but known by others as an intelligent, no-nonsense professional, the beautiful Air Force veteran has come to a crossroads in her life. No longer fulfilled by her job, she carries a letter of resignation fully intending for the trip to Rome to be her last in the employ of Orbis Airlines. On another side of town a van also rushes to the airport carrying the Orbis crewmembers who will be servicing that flight. The youngest among them, Rebecca Hanson, is a dedicated flight attendant who's worked her way quickly up the ranks through hard work and determination. Looking forward to the layover in Rome, Becky nevertheless feels the nerves upon hearing she'll be working with the infamous Captain Phillips. All too soon she's meeting the woman and not under...ideal circumstances. The third group of players are the final ones to arrive - fiercely loyal to a homeland torn apart by war, the Albanian nationals board the flight to Rome under false identities, determined that before the night is over they will have set in motion a plan to force the hand of the world's greatest superpower - caring little for the fellow passengers whose lives they're about to change and fully prepared to sacrifice those lives for their desperate cause. In the grand tradition of those action-packed, emotional airport thrillers which have always been a popular draw - comes an ideal uber story with compelling, solid characterizations. Addressing a crisis we are seeing on our TV sets every day right now and coupled with a very distinct modern atmosphere, the story also offers a terrific timeliness. This one should keep us glued to those monitors in the weeks ahead. A MUST READ! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! [unfinished] - 12 pgs.

The fourth entry in the TELL ME SERIES, this tale takes the series in a poignant and surprising direction. Set many years after the previous three stories, this one finds little Gabby all grown up - a well-known author now using the name Lana Bachman - on her way back to her hometown in hopes of finding there the treasured friend she left behind. Last she heard of Sina, the always adventurous and action- loving young woman had become an accomplished police officer, embracing the very force for order one mischievous little troublemaker had once so disdained. Years have passed, however, and times have changed - people too - something Lana is about to learn first hand. This is a poignant change in the series which could lead it in an intriguing direction. DO NOT MISS! - 6 pgs.

Promising new contemporary uber story that pairs bestselling author Dru Warlord, popularly known as the Queen of Mystery, with a young proofreader named Kasey Lovett. Having met the talented writer at a professional get-together, Kasey jumps at the chance of working with her - an opportunity which presents itself when Dru's agent hires the fledgling proofreader to help his client meet her deadline. The arrangement works incredibly well as both women start to appreciate each others' dedication and company but soon enough other concerns enter their thoughts when it starts to become clear that someone does not want Dru to finish her latest mystery - a mystery based on a real, unsolved murder - a mystery which neither Dru nor Kasey may live long enough to solve...This is very well written, with Candy doing a terrific job both with the characterizations and the gradual development of the relationship. One to folllow in the weeks ahead. DO NOT MISS! [unfinished] - 34 pgs.

For those of you reading this post who are not familiar with the term alternative (alt.), it refers to ADULT stories that add a romantic element to the relationship between Xena and Gabrielle, depicting them as more than just friends.

Happy reading!
