Now, here's the report - all new stories! :)
SILENT NIGHTS by Awatcher
At times bitter-sweet, at times funny, this tale has Xena and Gabrielle trying to deal with the repercussions of a curse cast by the mischievous god Pan while most of Mt. Olympus is trying to help them.
THREE'S A CROWD by Titanium and Awatcher
Celebrating the themes of friendship and family, this story has the god Hermes deciding that he wants to do a favor for Xena so he returns to her what she once lost long ago - never suspecting it will result in her paying a dear price in the present.
THE TAVERNKEEPER'S SISTER by Ella Quince
With WELL OF SIGHS and THE BROKEN THREAD among her other works, Ella Quince has proven she has an exceptional talent for writing deeply passionate tales with a mysterious, almost surreal quality to them. This new story reflects her style beautifully as it draws the reader into the mind of a young barmaid intrigued by a dark warrior - an enigma with icy-blue eyes who appears one day at her brother's tavern and whose presence then begins to haunt the girl's dreams and all her waking moments. Beautifully written tale about love lost and love rediscovered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
FROM THE PITS OF HELL by KrystalKnight
A very timely SPAWN/XWP crossover tale that has Xena and Gabrielle combining forces with warrior angels to try to reach a new Hellspawn before the powers of darkness can consume him. Characters from the comic AVENGELYNE also appear in this. A well-written, as yet unfinished tale, that fans of the comic book characters in particular should enjoy.
For those of you reading this post who are not familiar with the term alternative (alt.), it refers to ADULT stories that add a romantic element to the relationship between Xena and Gabby, depicting them as more than just friends.
